How should I care of my items?
Care instructions vary depending on the product and will be included in the individual listing where needed. As a general rule, personalised drinkware should be hand washed and should not be placed in the dishwasher or microwave unless stated otherwise. Wipe acrylic, wooden and decorative items gently with a soft cloth and avoid soaking or exposing them to excessive heat. Please contact us if you are unsure how to care for a particular item.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns & Refunds Policy
Items are NON REFUNDABLE unless damaged or faulty. Items will be offered to either be replaced or re-make the item first, the item will need to be un-used/un-worn.
If there is a mistake on our part, for instance - incorrect spelling on items, items will be replaced & sent to you.
We do not cover return postage or refund any postage fees.
Terms of return 14 days after purchase
- Items must be unworn
- exchange available if the item is faulty

- refund will only be given if replacement item is out of stock.
How long will my order take?
Our usual turnaround time is 3–5 working days. During busy or peak periods, this may increase to 7–10 working days. Each product listing will show any different timescales where applicable. Delivery time is additional and begins once your order has been dispatched.
